Returns

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:
(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and must be returned un-used in order for a full refund
(ii) the following products are not eligible for return:

1. Hairbrushes

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order up to 48hours after ordering and receive a full refund.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship out your order out within 24-48 hours.And you will receive your order within 3-5 business days

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and tracking details inside.

We offer a free in-store pickup for all orders to avail of this service please bring your Order Number with you to the Salon.

How long will the store hold my order?

Once your order is ready for collection and you’ve been notified, we can hold your order for 7 working days.
